What should a UAE company formation quote show?
If your question isn’t here, ask on WhatsApp or start with the Atlas before booking a call.
- Visa medical & Emirates ID — AED 1,150–1,400 per person, paid directly to the typing centre after your licence issues.
- Annual renewal — same headline dirham amount each year. We email you 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry so it never sneaks up.
- Banking readiness — document preparation and routing support are separate from any bank's own minimum balance or compliance decision.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — we offer a 50% upfront / 50% on licence-day split for any package above AED 15,000. The first instalment funds the government submission; the second is due when your licence is issued, before we hand it over. WhatsApp us if you need a custom split.
What if my bank application gets rejected?
Formenzo helps prepare, check, and route the banking file, then tracks status and follow-up requests. Bank decisions are made by the bank and cannot be promised by a formation provider.
Is the dirham price really final, or do you mark up later?
The quote is final for the defined scope and validity period. If you add a visa, change activity, upgrade office type, or an authority changes a fee, the update is itemised before you approve it.
Do you accept USD or INR? Crypto?
We accept UAE dirhams, USD, EUR, GBP, and INR via card / bank transfer at the day’s mid-market rate. Crypto (USDT/USDC) is supported on request — ping us before you start so we can lock the rate. The free zone itself only accepts UAE dirhams, so we handle the conversion on our side.
