Simple rule: if we have not lodged your application within 15 days after clean documents and payment, we refund our filing/service fee.

15-day filing guarantee
If Formenzo has not submitted your initial approval or licence application to the relevant free-zone authority within 15 days of receiving both payment and clean documents, you may request a full refund of Formenzo's filing/service fee.
Government fees
Government, authority, typing-centre, medical, Emirates ID, immigration, and bank charges already paid on your behalf are not refundable by Formenzo. We show those line items before payment so the exception is clear.
Cancellations
You can cancel before we submit to the authority. Once the filing is made, cancellation depends on the relevant authority's rules and any third-party fees already incurred.
