Employment Visas

If individuals wish to live and work in the UAE, it is mandatory to have a work permit. Employment Visa Requirements:

  • 1) A valid job offer/employment contract from a company based in Dubai or the other Emirates.
  • 2) Individuals should have a valid passport, aged between 18 to 60 years, and possess particular qualifications or skills required for the job.
  • 3) Medical tests are required to check for certain diseases like HIV, Hepatitis C and Tuberculosis. Persons infected with these diseases are not allowed to live in the country.
  • 4) Attested educational certificates from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and home country consulate/embassy.

Investor Visas

The UAE government encourages investment and entrepreneurial opportunities as part of their long term economic vision.An individual can start a business in any of the Mainland’s, Freezones or Offshore locations and apply for Investor Visa (also known as Partner Visa) valid for three years. Visas like this are ideal for foreign nationals who wish to start or invest in a business in Dubai.
